Brand Strategy

Challenge: Following a change in ownership, Cococo Chocolatiers needed to protect existing brand equity while positioning the company for future growth and a broader product offering.

 

Action: Led the evolution of the brand identity, including naming, refinement of visual assets, packaging, brand story, website, and customer touchpoints to create a more cohesive and contemporary brand experience while retaining the elements customers already recognized and trusted.

 

Result: Rescued the brand from near-extinction, strengthened brand recognition, improved consistency across channels, and created a more compelling customer experience that supported sales growth, loyalty, and long-term business health.
